Hi, I am interested in purchasing this software therefore I was asking these questions. I will refraze these questions.
1. What's the cost for the updates after one year?
2.If software out of date, no updates, what limitations for the clients that have been given license?

2. Do you mean the Client Licenses that you give to the user with the plug-in? They will be able to use the plug-in to edit and create pages on the site but without updating the plug-in to the new versions. Your desktop application will also continue to work fine without updates, only updates and stock photos will become unavailable for you.
