Contact Me Section not working (Send to Email)

Hello, On my website elias-nemer.com the contact me section is not working. i try to send an email and it does not work it says "Unable to send message, please try again later"..

Also on the mobile version of the site this section does not load properly and gives 2 unloaded images icons. but it seems all images are actually loaded

About the images: you used wrong links, please click on them and Copy link, then paste and you will see.
Please fix this issue by using correct links
