Ask a Question

When I updated my site to Nice page 3.3.3 the background image on my site front end vanished. It's now blank white.
I restored the site from a back up, removing the nicepage update, and the background image returned.

I thought maybe the image was to large, so I reduced it significantly close to 1920 x1080 and ran the nice page update again. The background image disappeared again.

I'm not sure why or how this worked...but I changed the page background to "theme" background instead of custom and then told it what image to use again and it solved the problem.
Now it thinks this is the background image for the theme and all it's pages and its NOT.
