Hi, please tell me what I'm doing wrong, because I tried this with 2 computers and 2 cellphones, clearing browser cache and I still get no popup to show in my site when coming from an EU country.

I simply went to Site Settings->GDPR and ticked "enable cookies popup for all pages".
I also tried adding the element to each page to see if that's what you need to do but couldn't.

Also, in the event this is finally solved: I read in older posts that each time the same user goes to the website, the popup shows. Is that still the case?

You then need to set your GDPR at Theme -> GDPR Cookie Popup

Hi Allen, thanks for your reply.
In Site Settings -> GDPR I have "Enable Cookies Popup for all pages" on and nothing in the box "Run Script..."

When I go to Theme -> EU Cookies Popup -> Enable Cookies Popup for all pages is also set there.

Please note that the verification works once. To test it, you need to open your website in the private browser mode, closing it each time.

Hi,

You can add the desired text and code and any other element in the cookies popup under the Theme drop-down >> Cookies Popup.
