Hi Radek,
If you use the one template for both domains, then yes, the same analytics will be used on both sites. You may assign different themes for different languages and create two themes with the different Analytics code.

Thank you for quick reply. I can use 2 templates. I exported template for Joomla from desktop Nicepage app. So I can export it once more with different name and use it in style templates. But where is then possible to set different values for Google analytics and Facebook pixel? Because if I click in components>nicepage there is only one settings, right? And if I open article and click on site settings and find Google tab and custom header html code then it is set for all created articles with all languages?
