If you have the desktop version and you're creating a static HTML site:
Export (top button).
In the Export box, I highlight the HTML, folder button, create a folder name, leave the default path (remember where it is), check the box to include the project file for a backup, and click Export.
A new folder will open with the site files.
You will then need to connect to your host, usually to the public_html folder or wherever your host tells you to put your files, and copy the site files from the folder you created. You can use a program such as FileZilla. Once you connect Filezilla, in the top right window select the public_html folder, and copy the site files to the bottom right window.
You should then open your browser and go to the website. Press Control + F5 to refresh the cache if necessary.
If you are using a CMS such as Wordpress or Joomla, someone else will need to answer.
