Free Export locked behind premium

I recently played around with the siteboard and made a dummy site, I intended to export the html and play around with the code in my editor more and I noticed that to export the static html it said it was locked behind premium. I am confused though because on https://nicepage.com/premium it states that exporting static html is a free feature. I am uncertain if some action took place on the editor that made the page not static or not eligible for free exporting but I would like to know what can be done so that this can be exported to my expectation.

Online Editor https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard is a separate hosting solution and HTML export is a premium feature here. This option availible only with the subscription (purchased on this page https://nicepage.com/hosting)

In the Desktop app, this option availible with the Nicepage free version https://nicepage.com/premium.

I tried a random free template as well with the desktop application and it appears as though the HTML Export is also a premium feature there as well. Is this just not a free feature?

In the Desktop app, you just need to press the export button twice in a row:
