Yes. It gives you the option to pay the difference for the other versions, to upgrade or extend the license.

Hi,

Yes, you can upgrade for the price difference. But as long as you wait, the upgrade price becomes higher as with the upgrade you will also get one year of free updates that will start from the upgrade date (and not the original purchase).
