Modal Popups disappearing in ver 3.2.3

I have tried several times to create modal popups, but every time i do something else the popups don't exist. If I export my project then do some more work, when I export again I have no popups and they are not saved in the application. I have to start all over again.
Please look into this bug

Are you using the cookie popup?
If so, another user said they switched off the Cookie pop-up, then created the modal pop-up, then switched the cookie pop-up on again and it worked.

No I am not using cookie popups. It worked fine until the last update.

We have reproduced the issue and working on fixing it.
There is a workaround in this case.
