error during Joomla installation

Hello,

I have tried to export my website (template and content) to the Joomla site and during the installation appears 'error' and the installation fails.
Trying the installation yesterday the error problem appeared during the uploading, so I compressed photos and reduced the file size so the upload succeed, and I have the Nicepage plugin updated to the last version.
Any clue of what can be happening? Because the error have no number or code that give me an idea of what is wrong.

Hi Cristina,

There is no video attached. Please attach a screenshot of the error message that you get and also attach your theme exported as a project.

Hi,

In case of such errors, we recommend checking the server PHP logs. You mentioned that you managed to install the theme after you reduced the photos. Looks like the archive you imported exceeded the server limitations (upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, mamory_limit).
