Unable to upload nicepage On Joomla

Hello, I have a website on Joomla. I created a new one using Nicepage on my PC. I am trying to upload the Nicepage version on Joomla, but I can only install the template (and plug in). I tried to install the content and menu but nothing happens So I tried to import data using the Nicepage plugin I chose my .zip file and It shows an error " failed chunk". What can I do to import all the work I did using Nicepage PC to my website?
I have tried to change PHP.ini and host settings.

Hi,

That error indicates that server limitations are strict and that does not allow Nicepage to complete the import function.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check what exactly is causing the import content issue.

the problem is the zipped file - actually his
struct it looks like / name_of_site / content - and it's supposed to look like this / content is the only problem.
