no ability to set a menu to not collapse

Hi Warren,

We do not have an option to disable the responsive menu mode. You can use simple links and buttons for your other menus if you do not want them to go to the responsive menu mode.

This is not a practical solution as it would not work dynamically with a wordpress menu, imo this is a bug as opposed to a feature request.
