I cannot start Nice Page after downloading and installing software. I purchased the new version and downloaded the installation file, installed the program and it does not run. It gives me an "Unknown: unknown error, read" message and exits the program when I click "ok"

I would like to transfer to an online account and would like to start that process. I understand that I can only have one website. I may increase at a later date.

Thanks for your assistance.

Anthony,

Yes, we can transfer your license to online subscription.

But please note that for Personal Online account you can have only one site.

In order to get me up and running now, I think that I would like to transfer to an online account. It appears that I can use the online platform. I assume that the online account can export to HTML pages on my system. So, is it possible to transfer the desktop version to an online account?

Anthony,

We would need more information. Please do the following:

1) Disable all antiviruses and firewalls.
2) Disable browser plugins.
3) Disable YouTube Downloader and other similar proxy browser extensions and applications, if any.
4) Please send us the Content of the Consol tab.
For that,
a) Go to the %AppData%\Nicepage\ folder.
b) create an empty debug.txt file.
c) Run Nicepage. You will run Nicepage with the Inspector Window.
d) Please open the Console Tab and copy its Content.
e) Save to a txt file. Zip and attach to this case.
5) Also run the Task Manager. Take screenshots of the Processor and Memory.

Thank you for your patience and assistance!

Yes. I disabled the antivirus program and tried it again and it continued to provide the error. I am having a bit of trouble creating a log file using your instructions. Is there any more that you can tell me? And I am also confused about Pressing F12. It seems to provide information on this webpage, not the application. See screenshot. F12 does not work when the app brings the error up. I need to press ok to remove the error, then press F12.

Hi,

Could you please reinstall the most recent Nicepage Desktop version with antivirus disabled and create a log file if the issue continues:
- Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
For Windows:
%APPDATA%\Nicepage
- send debug.txt file to the support team
- start Nicepage application >> click F12 (for Windows) >> switch to the "Console" tab >> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (in a txt file or screenshot)

Thank you for your response. I Use AVG andNicePage.exe as an allowed app. I even turned the AVG protection off and it still gives me the message shown in the attached screenshot.

Anthony,

Please add Nicepage to the exclusion list in antiviruses and firewall. Uninstall everything of Nicepage. Please try again.
