Can't get my website responsive

I'm busy making a template with the most recent version of NP.

The header is responsive, but the pictures are not.

I copied the html code into my old website, made with Artisteer, and it works perfectly (besides the header, but that's about a fault in my design). Link: https://www.sony.onl/teac

What setting is wrong in NP??

Working from left to right with the top icons, you can resize the images and placement for the tablet/phone landscape/phone vertical.
Then preview and see what it looks like.

As on my old website, made with Artisteer, I did not change any setting: all imgs are responsive automatically and pages made in Joomla look good.

I wonder where the right settings for images is in NP. If I change the template to any other I tried (T4, Helix, Gantry, Astroid, Protostar) it works right away. There appear to be something wrong with the out-of-the box NP settings.

If you made the site on the Desktop version, you will need to export the site and upload it to your host.
