I have purchased a one of payment now you are asking for another Premium payment otherwise I can't use many of the features, I was told it would be a one off payment only.

Hi Kent,

Looks like you are trying to use the online editor on nicepage.com site. That is a separate hosting solution that requires its own subscription. You have the license for the desktop application and site plug-ins. Please download the version you can use from here:
https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads
