Ask a Question

Hello,

I have put together a Nicepage website with a few pages that I upload through Wordpress, which works fine (I currently use the free version, but have funding to pay for a subscription). Most of my website is static and needs to continue to function that way. Now I need to add a dynamic page (i.e. a blog) where I regularly add blog posts - that dynamic page can be the first page or another - but the rest of the website needs to function as a static website as it does currently. I don't know how to do this. I am not a website builder (i.e. I can't work with HTML, Joomla etc) and don't have time to learn that. Hopefully someone here has suggestions.

So these are my questions:
* Is this possible with Nicepage? For instance, is there a dynamic template that I can apply to only one page? Ideally I use my own header and colour combinations that I use in the rest of the website (as they're carefully selected).
* If this isn't possible, would it be possible to have a blog on Wordpress itself as e.g. the first page, and uploading the static pages from Nicepage 'behind' that? If so, how would I do this?
* Any other suggestions?

Many thanks, I really appreciate all suggestions!

Yes, you can install the Nicepage Plugin and use it for only certain pages. However, in this case, you will need to use the Nicepage's Header and Footer for this page. You can also use the application to create a Theme and use that theme on all pages, including non-Nicepage's ones.

Yes, you can do that, in that case, you do not need the Nicepage's theme.

  • Any other suggestions?

No, for now.

Hi there,

I have a similar issue as the following:

Please could you help me with step-by-step instructions? Its been days I've been trying to find a way to link the Nicepage page - designed and published as a page and what would be my "post template" - to the posts section on wordpress to ease functionality for my client.

Thanks :)

maropeng16 ,

Unfortunately, we do not support dynamic templates. Please create separate cases, as we might need some private info to continue helping.
