Our developers reported that this issue should be fixed in the next Nicepage update. But unfortunately, the missing modal popups cannot be restored.

Nicepage the newest version 3.3.2 still have this problem. I have 4 modal popups and suddenly disappear all.

Hi, the problem is that the edition of the modal popup, through the site settings, disappears when we close and reopen the application. I'm using desktop version 3.3 on mac.

Hi, I'm just a user (not Nicepage support). I noticed you said you looked at SITE SETTINGS. I use a PC (not a Mac), so it might be different on my system, but the modals on MY computer show up when I look at THEME SETTINGS. See attached screen shot.

Let me explain a bit.

Yes, modal popups can be added and edited under the Theme tab.
We had the bug with the modal popup disappearing after changing Site Settings (if you add changes in General, SEO, google, HTML, etc tabs). And we have already fixed this issue, so please update your Desktop app and CMS plugins to the most recent version 3.3.3, and let us know if you still have any issues with modal popups.
