You can have only one site with no more than 5 pages in it.

what means Tablets and mobile support limited?

With the paid license the responsive support is improved.

Is a license reference on Nicepage necessary on the final website?

With the paid license you can remove the Nicepage footnote from the theme.

May websites created with Nicepage be sold to third parties.

You can sell the theme to your customer. We have a restriction on reselling one theme to numerous customers. In such themes you cannot use the stock photos.

Can texts be edited from pages after import in Wordpress via Wordpress editor or will Nicepage always be necessary?

Nicepage content can be edited with the Nicepage plug-in only.
