MY project DISAPPEARED!

I didnt even know the folder existed. But yes, nothing is inside the folder...... any advise?

Please can I know how to restore my site? I only have the HTML files and I need to work on it....

How to restore? I only did a restart of my PC without touching or removing anything.

It looks like you have changed the path to the My Documents folder and/or other system folders. Please locate your Nicepage folder set by default at %APPDATA%\Nicepage, change the path back and restart Nicepage.

It's not possible from the HTML export. Please send the screenshot of your Documents folder.

Have you tried searching for "Breakthrough" on your whole system. I noticed Breakthrough Mission on your samples. Use file explorer to search your whole computer with that as a search term. See what pops up maybe it will be found

folder for my exported HTML.

i searched the forum and found many having the same problem. Surely it's a Nicepage bug. I only have a backup copy a month ago and many changes have been made. If worst come to worst I will HAVE to re-create my site again.... UURRGGGHHHHH

You are showing the HTML export, what we ask for is the Nicepage Project Folder. if you have changed it in the Preferences, then maybe it is better to restore it back.

I have attached previously, for the preference folder (which I have no idea it can be set) AND the actual folder which is EMPTY.

As mentioned I only have the exported HTML and not the project zip file. I only restarted the PC before all my HARD work is lost.

any solution to this? disappointed that the support team is not taking this seriously.

Try to locate your projects at
:\Users\\Documents\Nicepage_removed

and then open Preferrences and change the path to the path with your Project, if you can find it.
