can i divide the address field to: street, city, province, postal code?

You can add separate fields.

i have a check box for accepting terms and conditions that links to my terns and condition page. how cani change the color of that font from blue to something else?

i attached a file to show with and without edge

regarding hoover on a font i see that on everything above google fonts it works by hoovering, below that i need to choose the font to see the result

The font outline is not supported out of the box right now. However, you can add the additional CSS if needed.

Please see the attached example. Select the text, click the edit CSS in the Property Panel. It's just an example.
