Hi,

Do you mean that this account is added as the Client License? Then you should be able to edit the content on the site with the plug-in. Please note that desktop application is not included in the client license.

Please explain the question in more details. Client license allows to edit the content using the Nicepage plug-in on WP and Joomla sites.
