Ask a Question

Hello,
I've purchased a pro version of ncepage and tried to edit a template in the online editor.
For me, this works perfectly.
But when I've tried to add a customer with a customer license, they are not able to edit the template in the online editor too.

In my understanding there must be a possibility to invite clients to work with me in their online profile of nicepage.
But at the moment my website didn't show up at my clients profile.

Could you help me?
Thank you in advance and kind regard
Julia

Hi Julia,

You have a bit messed the different licenses.
You have the Pro Designer App pack license, it includes the desktop application and the plug-ins for WP and Joomla sites. You have the ability to add Client Licenses for the clients so they could work with the Nicepage plug-in on the WP and Joomla site.
The online editor is a separate hosting subscription and it for now does not have a client license option. The site you have in the online editor is funded to your account and can be seen only with your login credentials.

Let me know if you need any further explanation.
