When attempting to construct a web page, I attempted to format a string of text ('105') as a Phone Number. Your algorithm immediately complained this was the incorrect format. In the UK, there are several of these 3 digit telephone numbers (primarily for various emergency services) that are totally valid (examples are: 999 for police/ambulance/fire, 112 for other non-emergency police, 111 for NHS emergencies, 105 for Electricity network emergencies).
