Sites are disappear on the dashboard when I updated to newer version

Sites are disappear on the dashboard when I updated to newer version desktop version, the preference directory is the same, files are present still its not showing on the site dashboard this happened when I have updated to the newer version.

Hi Shiju,

Are you sure that the path is the Profile >> Preferences is exactly the same? Maybe try to reinstall the application.

Yes I did check the path and I know about that even before I search for the solution and that was the only solution mentioned on your forum to fix the path but it didn't help me. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it still it's the same.
