That depends on what platform you want to use. For stores a CMS is built. The supported CMS's are Wordpress (WooCommerce) and Joomla (Virtuemart)

and what package does everything contain to make an online store?

none of them. Nicepage isn't a store creator, it lets you create shopfront TEMPLATES for use in the shop CMS (WooCommerce/virtuemart)

Is that recommended to use the Nicepage theme on Wordpress alone, without other theme?..

It is ideal. However, we have many examples when Nicepage is used for content only, and other themes are widely used.
