3.0.8 update Error EPERM: Operation not permitted, mkdir

Trying to update 3.06 to 3.0.8. EPERM Operation not permitted mkdir ( directory location) updating on Windows 10
Using the same system as before all updates worked. Installing now from scratch to get 3.0.8 - this fails in the same way. So now I don't have nicepage - each time it runs I get this error and can get no further. Clicking ok returns to Windows 10

Hi,

Usually, this issue happens when the specified drive and projects folder cannot be accessed. Did you format the hard drive or remove the highlighted disc? Did you install Windows updates recently?
