Hi if i update a theme and add for example woocomerce products, there are posibility to update only this if a customer change pages into their site to avoid lost all?

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi MARTIN,

If you update the template only you need to export the Theme and do not include content in it, then install this new theme on the site and that should not harm the content that was created on the site, that will only install a theme as any other template for WP.

Thanks for reply. if I update content and the theme is changed by user and only need the new content made with nice page?. Is possible. Thanks for support.

Hi. For example. I make e new theme with woocommerce products from nicepage. A customer install the theme into her wordpress. The customer make changes into wordpress theme with the plugin nicepage but tell me to add more woocommerce products into theme from my nicepage desktop app. The dude is how can I import the new products from my nicepage desktop app into customer wordpress without loose the changes the customer has made into it. Only import the new products I have made into desktop app.

Hi,

Nicepage provides two export options: content and theme. If you need to make changes to the content, you can do it via the CMS plugin. If you need to make changes to the theme, you should edit the theme in the desktop app and then reinstall the theme only. No need to reinstall content in this case. Please note that the CMS plugin does not edit the theme. It edits content only.

This is not quite a correct sentence. The plugin cannot edit the theme. The client cannot edit the theme via pl;ugin. The theme does not contain woocommerce products. All products should be managed via the Woocommerce plugin.
