I long ago realized I cannot rely on Nicepage. It breaks sites for seemingly no reason at all. I created a simple 2 page html mockup for a new client last night. I uploaded and tested it in multiple browsers and multiple devices. I even had friends check things out on their computers/devices. Everything looked fine. So I sent an email to the client with a link and asked them to look over the proposed site and get back to me. This morning when I went to look at the site again, NONE of the images appear - even after clearing my cache multiple times! I am running the latest version - 3.9.0. Nicepage is so buggy! It's perfect if your goal is to have clients think you're incompetent! I NEVER have problems with Elementor. I think I'll stick with that for actual site production!

We make a lot of tests, including tests with the old themes before each update. But if you encounter any problems with the update, please create a new private topic with the detailed issue description, screenshots, a link, and access to the website with the issue so we can see it and investigate.

Susanna, Thank you for that and for the development team's work.

I would add that my faith and trust in NicePage is a little shaken. This is the second time in a few months that an update broke the display of images. Please test more thoroughly going forward.
I will open another ticket regarding an issue that I mentioned before (reCAPTCHA poor performance) and which has not improved despite several months of traffic to the sites involved.

Our developers have already fixed the issue in Nicepage 3.3.7.

Could you please create a private case and provide temporary access to the Joomla admin panel, we will check the issue on your site.

You have confirmed that I should contact you on this topic... As long as the modified page is open, I can see the images. If I switch to a different page, the images have gone!!!!!!!!!

Our developers will fix the issue with the images in Joomla in the next Nicepage update.
But to make sure that all issues described here will be fixed with the next Nicepage version, please create private cases and provide temporary access to the Joomla admin panel. We will check all these issues and fix them on your sites before the update.

Any update on this?

Some images disappear when they have an extension like .JPG in stead of .jpg or some strange character in the filename. Also it seems as if Nicepage has issues with png-files. They also disappear for no reason.
In WP plugin and also in HTML only.

Same thing happening with latest Joomla plugin 3.3.3. If you edit online any part of a page that includes the gallery element in any block, all of the gallery images will be lost on the front end.

Seems there are many issues with this latest version.

Nicepage... PLEASE PRIORITIZE FIXING THE JOOMLA ISSUES.

Do you actually test your software properly before release!

I have installed 3.2.25 and at least the pages look ok again. Unfortunately the images are not visible even if I click on Show more...

Hmmm - I have unfortunately updated to the latest release (3.3.3) and images become a mess again.
1. If I upload an image it becomes visible but disappears in my images when I want to load it again. Most of the old images do not show up anymore :(
2. I have several blocks containing an image and a tex in two columns. After having updated and added a new block, only the image in the new block becomes visible - all other have gone :(

Most likely the reason is in the browser cache.

I was reluctant to update again so soon as I had to do a complete restore from a backup on the site where I noticed the issue. But, Version 3.0.8 of the Joomla! extension appears to have fixed the disappearing images issue.
Curiously, after updating, I had to reload each page on the front end of the site as the images had disappeared again but loaded fine after refresh.
Then I checked in another browser and all was fine.

UPDATE 3.0.06 STILL HAS A PROBLEM. Pages are missing images.

FIX: I removed the option for lazy images and that exported the page correctly. The Lazy Image option and how it exports needs to be fixed.

Well spotted! That makes sense.
If that is the root cause of the issue we just need the NicePage developers fix it.
