Why would I need hosting also. 5 web sites are includen in package?
Are you sure I will not need Bussines Designer App Pack plan, and that Personal Designer App Pack is enough.

Because you need to upload the files to a host so they can be seen.

I dont understand it. Why do I need hosting if I already have 0$ account and my website is hosted on nicepage server.
Is hosting included only for free accounts?

There are 2 versions if you go to the Premium tab at the top.
The Designer App Pack Lifetime license, one-year free updates option which does NOT include hosting (it's a desktop version), and the App Pack, Online Builder and Hosting Yearly subscription, paid annually, which DOES include hosting as it runs online.

Can you help me how to set custom url of my page. I have gpcg.me url, but how can I set my page to display that url instead of mypage.nacepage.io.

After inserting my url in custom domain field, that didnt help my problem.
