Can not make upload correctly the NicePage constructed site on my provider site

If i upload a site on my provider site O2switch it says it is missing the style.css file
if i upload a the site to use the nicepages addins then it is missing some other files
I Cannot load a WP version below 5.

Hi Gilles,

Please double-check that you have exported the theme and plug-in correctly and are uploading them using the correct method:
https://nicepage.com/doc/66707/installation-of-wordpress-theme-and-pages

If that does not help, attach a screenshot of the error message that you get.
