I would like to know that if I purchase a Designer App pack, will I be able to upgrade it in time, if so how would I be charged, would I need to pay for it as a new purchase or will I need to pay the difference?

We have an upgrade option and the price depends on when you decide to upgrade. Within a month, the upgrade price is equal to a price difference.
