Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. For the simple Text you can try to use two different Text controls side by side.
And I have added your suggestion to our wishlist.

Hi Alberto ,

Unfortunately, Nicepage text editor does not allow changing the color of the part of the text. We added this request to our wish list.
As I can see you added two Text controls. They behave like two independent controls. This is proper behavior when there is not enough space for both controls on the line.

Alberto, I found a workaround for the time being. You can make a css class like bellow, Assign it to the text block and then apply italic to the words you want to color. It will result in what you want to do.

I hope it helps.

This is my class:

.twocolor i {

font-style:normal;
color:blue;

}

it is necessary to integrate a function that allows the text that we have in a menu or in a text, we can put it in two colors

The problem became apparent in Nicepage 1.3.8 and before. I have a text block in a container in a single container section. The text block started creating problems when I noticed that a href link was not showing up with any special indicator color or underline. I thought perhaps it was something I was doing wrong so searched for ways to set the href hyperlink color, which I found, but I couldn't apply it to the text specifically. I thought perhaps I had accidentally set some type of universal light text or dark text signal that was screwing things up. I could never find a solution, went to a simple white background with a basic container with black characters and figured I would just make the hyperlink text a specific color. Then I find that I can't just add color to a word, I have to change the entire text block, which does not solve the problem either. I also considered that perhaps a text block may be different than other text attributes, so I tried "text" and "lead text" but had the same problem. Bottom line, as I was trying to solve the non-existent hyperlink emphasis, I learned that I can't even control a single word. I CAN make a single word bold or italic, but I can't make a single word green or in a smaller or larger font. I can only affect the entire text block. This truly needs to be fixed! Both issues. If there is a solution that I am missing, please let me know!

Hi Lawson,

I have seen your other cases and we'll discuss the issues you have in those cases.

Regarding the original question, there is indeed no option to set the different color for the particular word in the text control. This option is in the wishlist and our developers may consider it for the future.
