I am trying to download Template ID 113055 to my on-premise NicePage, but does not work.

Why this Template does not download. However, I have downloaded a few templates without any issues, but this one does not download/work 113055.

Hi Matthew,

That is not a template, but a Block. When adding a new block, enter the id in the search filed and it should appear in the list. I have added this block with no issues.
