You can design a page using the Nicepage, add the Product List Element specifying the category, and you can do that with the Nicepage plugin.

Nicepage provides Products List control and template. The Product list control displays a list of products by the parameter (category) on the Nicepage page. It is available in the plugin and Desktop app.
The Product List template creates the style for Woocommerce pages with the list of products. It is available in the Desktop application only. It should work for category pages too. Please make sure that you exported the theme with the product templates:

im doing this and cannot get woocommerce to use the product list template for the category pages, reset my theme to storefront and my shop page shows categories as set in customize appearance, go back to nicepage theme and shop page just shows product list not category list?

Unfortunately, the Nicepage Product List template does not show the List of categories on the Shop pages. It displays a list of products only.

I got around this by designing a page with menus for the categories and then creating different menus for each category depending on how I wanted them to be displayed.
So for instance I have several "shops", each with their own products. I created a menu for each shop and then whenever I post a new product, I just have to add it to the right shop categories. When I click on that menu item, it will display only the products attached in that category.
