I tried doing the changes online, however, I am unable to edit the header and footer inside Joomla Admin?

Hi John,

Our developers have fixed the project. Please look to the attached file.
The issue was in the way you have handled the menu. You have not deleted the whole menu control but deleted all the menu items in the menu so it became invisible. That caused the issue in the structure and forced the problem in exporting the theme.

Hi John,

Just remove the whole control using the Del button. If you need it again you can add it from the Add button >> Header and Menu.

I am going crazy, all I did was change the logo on the header and I cannot export to either Joomla or project.
I get "Error Occurred, cannot complete export"

5-minute tasks appear to be taking me days at present I have 3 projects on the go and I can't seem to finish any of them!

I know you are sick of hearing from me but I assure you I am sick of posting.
I fixed my error of saving and uploaded the template to my Joomla site. When I tried to copy content I got the attached error (another new one to me!)

Hi John,

You are using the new Joomla 3.9 version? If yes, then export again your theme from the desktop application, install it on the site, activate and try to import content once again.
