based on you say - https://nicepage.com/doc/4216/send-emails-with-nicepage-form - Nicepage generates a PHP file which is to handle the submitted form.
What is the name of this file and where is it located? Version: v4.16

(the aim is would be to add more than one receipient to the form)

I have chosen the "contact form7" sending method. Although what could be the next step to figure out how to view the contacts retrieved?

I am using contact form7
However, i can't see my test signup in the contact menu in the dashboard
