I want to display the "Name" and "Message" forms side by side

Could you please provide a screenshot that demonstrated the form? I've successfully moved the standard Message textarea and places it side by side with the standard Name input.

Hello. You can display them side by side in freehand, but if you select "side by side" with the layout button, the message form disappears.
