Unable to import content after uploading theme

After installing the theme, the circle keeps loading and spinning for import of content

VPS Server (PHP 7.43)
Wordpress 5.5.3
PHP.ini settings

  • Memory Limit 256M
    • Post Limit 256M
    • Max Upload 256M
    • Max execution 600

Created: Theme with desktop Nicepage app 7MB

Are there any other things i need to change?

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if something is blocking the Nicepage content upload. That may be some security settings and other size limitations that you cannot change from your end.

Were you able to resolve this? I cannot get Godaddy to help any longer.... they've even upgraded my hosting to have no limits on size.

Please create a private case and provide temporary access to the WP admin panel and the .zip file with the Theme and content that you try to install on your WP site.
