Are "responsive" site designs portable to other applications?
The NicePage app has an import/export function, but also states that a exported project can only be imported to NicePage. What is the point of exporting?
I have purchased NicePage to avoid being captive to a hosting platform's online site builder. I also prefer working offline and the greater design control allowed. However, I do not want to just trade one captor for another.
The concern is; if I invest in designs with NicePage, I am stuck with NicePage? Will I need to recreate the design if, in the future, I want to use a different app to modify the design or add to the site?
