In the website configuration I can checkmark "enable cookies ...". If I don't need cookies, do I need to checkmark this field anyway because your software sets cookies?

Hi,

Do you mean the "Enable Cookies popup" option under the Nicepage Site Settings >> GDPR? This popup is required in the EU, for example. Most of the websites use cookies (authentication, analytics, video, maps, etc). For all these cases you should enable this popup too.
