Hi, we have subscribed to your product the last 21 of october, but right now I can't activate the license and under the licenses page on the site I see nothing.
Can you please tell me wich is the problem?

As I see, you have purchased the license using another account. Please log in using e.baseotto@gmail.com account and the license will be applied.
