If you choose the Send Email with PHP Script option for the Form, then please note the PHP script allows sending emails without using external resources. But sending emails is performed on the server-side. Therefore, you need to have a server configured to send emails ( https://nicepage.com/doc/62334/send-emails-with-php-script).

and my email is from AWS

So please check mail server settings or contact the AWS support team, they should help you with this question.

I am trying to Send Email with PHP Script option for the Form, and I contacted AWS for help.
but unfortunately, they said if I want to use their technical support I should change my plan to a more expensive plan and since that is the only question I have, I was hoping if anyone has had the same problem could help me here.

Hi.
I am using NP windows app and uploading HTML files into my server to make my site.
I am using NP contact form on my site’s contact page so that people can send us emails.
But when I try to use it to send an email, it says “Unable to send your message. Please fix errors then try again.”
I have written my email address in the contact form’s SUBMIT area.
My domain is from GoDaddy and my email is from AWS.
I contacted GoDaddy but they said I have to ask AWS, did that but they couldn’t help.
Does anyone know how to fix that or can anyone please help me? Should I add something to my HTML files?
*my knowledge of programming is very low.
