Which License I need?

Hello,
I need help to choose the right license for my project. I want to create a website for my football club and our program is Joomla.
So if I choose the 'Designer App Pack', do I need the personal or the business pack? It will be only one website I create but is it possible to ex- and import for Joomla with the personal pack? Or is personal pack only for Wordpress websites?
I also need to know if I can ex- and import the whole content from Nicepage to my website. Is there any limitation in terms of size of the content?

Can someone of you advice me personally?
I am from Germany and sorry if I create some mistakes in my message. :)

You can start with the Business, and you can upgrade later is neede paying the difference.

No, as you see on the purchase age in the table, Joomla option is included in the Business edition and higher:
