Hi,

I have 2 questions :

1/ First I would like to configurate a mail senting for a newsletter inscription but settings don't save. I don't know why ?
(please see attachment : capture 1)

2/ Second I have a menu problem on the footer. When I click on "mentions légales" (legal notice) on the footer, the menu desapear.

Hi Mathias,

  1. Are you using the Nicepage form for that? Or anything else? Here you can find how to configure the Nicepage form for Joomla:
    https://nicepage.com/doc/4216/send-emails-with-nicepage-form
  2. Please check that the menu module is assigned to all pages under the Module Manager in Joomla.

Thank you very much for your help.

1/ Yes I have used the Nicepage form for that. I configured all settings field but when I make a mail test, I don't recept it.

Hi,

If you're working with Joomla it is better to use the "Joomla Form" option. In this case, you will need to set up an email sending in Joomla Global Configuration.
