but it was available when i first brought the package. dont you think i deserve that option? isnt it a form of cheating by compelling us to buy professional edition?

Actually it was a bug on our end that the colors were available in the Personal edition before. We have fixed that bug as the purchase page was initially saying that the colors should not be available in the Personal plan. In the Pricing Table on the Nicepage Premium page, you see that those options are blank, therefore, should not be available. All used custom colors and fonts will stay unchanged, meaning that all existing Nicepage Projects will not be affected.

So you mean I pay $59.99 and I STILL don't get color? You get a smart guy in Cyprus building a beautiful piece of software who knows zilch about pricing and retaining customer love. The color palette is a basic feature it's offensive when not activated. Any small business would need it. However, a customer doesn't mind paying more when they have grown as a business -- while using your software. A growing business needs, for example, more templates or websites.

We can understand your disappointment about the limitation of color customization.
Nicepage Personal license includes pre-designed color pallets and the ability to add 5 custom colors.
Your feedback is important for us. Nicepage Team works on the creation of wider variations of presets and predesigned Templates for our clients.
We also want to Thank you for using our product.
