I can not install nicepage into Joomla!

Hi, I'm trying to install nicepage into Joomla! but it always shows a "502 bad gateway" screen whenever I click the install button. It also says that the file zip is missing XML file. Please help me :'( , I really love nicepage and I want to try it to design my website beautifully. I hope to see your response, thanks for reading my email.

Hi Esther,

Are you trying to install the plug-in or the exported theme? Also please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if anything is blocking the Nicepage upload.
