Ask a Question

Hi!
Yesterday we had a live chat with you guys at Nicepage.
We hade two questions and we got all the answers but, there is always a but, when we try it out it doesn't work, so of course we don't understand HOW to do it.

First - megamenu:
We asked if it was possible and YES it it, through [short code] in the header.

Can you please discribe this in detail? I've tried a couple of codes but it isn't supported in the header.

  1. Where do I put the CSS?
  2. Where do I put the JS?

Second - personal fonts
We wondered if there was a posibillity to add own fonts and even this should be possible the [short code]

Please show me an exempel.

Hi,

There is a Shortcodes control under the Elements menu >> Position & Shortcode. Please use it to add third-party shortcodes. Usually, the shortcodes provided by WordPress plugins look like
[somethingid xxxx]

Where do I put the CSS?
Where do I put the JS?

The CMS plugins do not provide shortcodes with CSS or JS. But Custom CSS can be added under the page or Site Settings >> CSS tab.
Custom JS can be added under the Page or Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional HEAD HTML.

I'm not sure is there is a plugin that can add a custom font with the shortcode. The custom font needs two steps: 1. a CSS rule that loads this font on the website 2. CSS code that assigns this font to the page elements.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Olivia
