Ask a Question

Hello
I am using Nicepage on a PC (win 10).
I created my first web site and want to export to html.
When I select that option I get "invalid path" error.
I change the path to any other and it stays the same error.
Any suggestions??
Rob

Hi Robert,

Maybe the apostrophe is causing the issue.

Helloo
Yes I removed apostrophe and file started t load.
Got to 100% but then I get this error message...see attachment

I tried turning off Norton security and firewall.
The web site I want to export is large size. Many page, blocks and images
So I made small singe page site and tried to export...same problem occurred
Any other ideas?
Regards
Rob

Hi Robert,

Please try exporting to a different folder (desktop, system downloads, etc.). This could be a permissions problem despite the disabled antivirus.

Hello
I tried all of those locations and in different file formats. No joy with any.
Then I tried to export to a USB drive. That worked.
So I can produce web sites OK now but seems like some incompatibility with Nicepage with Win 10 Home ver 1909

Regards
Rob

Hi Robert,

I tried all of those locations

Was it a drive c:/ only?
Do you have another drive except for the drive with the system?
Did you try the browser downloads folder? If it works with a USB drive, then it is a permissions problem, most probably.
