It looks like stretching the image vertically (which also stretches it proportionately horizontally) is what you did. I tried that, but it won't work for me. I need the background Block size to only be 200px high, and I need the white "swoosh" graphic to only be 105px high (please see my screen shot in the original post).

I'm guessing that Nicepage doesn't support this capability at this time.
