Header & Title Issue

I just discovered that what originally was supposed to be the Header somehow turned into a block. Now there's a light blue Header that can't be used as one. I deleted the block underneath that had served as the Header section after I selected and uploaded the template. This is the root of the problem. Please view the added screenshot. The Headers of the other pages on this site are okay now, but we must resolve the issue concerning my most recent page.

Hello! Is anyone at home? I've been waiting six days for support to help fix this problem if it can be fixed.

Unfortunately, we do not know how to fix it. The only advice is to create a new site and copy blocks and pages from this one, as it seems that it was broken in some early version, and there is no way to fix it in the Editor.
